Crybaby Clinic Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Crybaby Clinic and paying a non-refundable booking fee you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all appointments and will be taken off the total cost of your treatment on the day.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
  • You will be 18 years old at the time of treatment and able to show valid I.D if asked (driving licence/passport). Failure to do so when asked will forfeiting your booking fee.
  • You will attend your appointment alone unless you require assistance. Please be aware we are unable to accommodate children due to the nature of the shop.
  • Please rearrange as soon as possible if you or anyone in your family/household feel/are unwell e.g. colds, COVID, sickness bugs, virus’. You will not be permitted treatment if you are unwell on the day of your appointment, you will be turned away and your booking fee will be forfeited. You need to be fit and well to receive treatment and heal from them. 
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment Crybaby Clinic cannot guarantee your treatment will go ahead. No treatment will be started under time constraints or where it will cause disruption to other appointments. Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. In the event your treatment is unable to proceed due to your late arrival your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to make a new appointment.
  • You are able to reschedule your appointment once up to 24 hours before your appointment time and retain your original booking fee. Further reschedules will require a new booking fee and result in you forfeiting your original booking fee.
  • Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiting your booking fee. A new booking fee will need to be made before booking another appointment.
  • Cancelling your appointment without rebooking within 3 months of your original appointment date will result in forfeiting your original booking fee. After 3 months of your original appointment date a new booking fee will need to be made before booking another appointment.
  • ‘No shows’ without contact and acknowledgement from Crybaby Clinic will result in you being charged 100% of your booked treatment cost before you are able to make another appointment with a new booking fee. 
  • Two instances of a ‘no show’ will result in you being unable to book further appointments with Crybaby Clinic.
  • In the unusual instance Crybaby Clinic needs to reschedule your appointment we will endeavour to contact you by text, email or social media message as soon as possible to offer you a new appointment at your earliest convenience. In the this instance your booking fee is not affected. Crybaby Clinic will not reimburse travel costs or further costs incurred as a result.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.
  • Treatments must be paid for in full at the end of your appointment before you leave the clinic.

Crybaby Clinic Full Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with paying a non-refundable booking fee and confirming an appointment at Crybaby Clinic I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.

For medical/safety reasons Crybaby Clinic is unable to treat those who; 

  • Are unwell on the day of the appointment e.g. flu/colds/COVID/virus/sickness bugs. If you present to your appointment unwell you will be turned away and your booking fee will be forfeited.
  • Have had or plan to have a covid-19 vaccine 2 weeks before or after their scheduled appointment.
  • Have had dermal filler elsewhere in the past 12 weeks.
  • Have active acne in the treatment area or have used Accutane in the 6 months leading up to their appointment.
  • Have used steroids, chemical peels or retinols in the 2 weeks before their appointment.
  • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on day of their appointment.
  • Are currently taking or have been on antibiotics in the 2 weeks before their appointment.
  • Have had facial surgery in the past 12 months. 
  • Are currently undergoing, or have received chemotherapy within the last 6 months.
  • Are taking auto-immune medication or are immunocompromised.
  • Are assessed to not be suitable or ready for treatment. This can include but is not limited to those who may experiencing body dysmorphia and those with unrealistic or unsafe expectations. 

This list is not extensive. Crybaby Clinic and/or the prescriber will assess your medical suitability for treatment. Please report any of the points listed above, new symptoms, diagnosis or changes to your medical history to Crybaby Clinic as soon as possible, normal booking policy applies regarding reschedules and cancellations.

Booking Fee:

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all appointments.
  • Your appointment is not confirmed in the diary without payment of a booking fee and the date/time may be offered to someone else.
  • Booking fees are to be paid via an online payment link or bank transfer.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • The booking fee amount will be taken off the total cost of your treatment on the day.
  • Booking fees are 50% fo your total treatment cost for full price treatments except for ‘courses’ where the full payment is required up front.
  • A £10 booking fee will be required for all 20 minute consultations. If you choose to book a treatment within 3 months of your consultation date the £10 will be taken off your treatment cost. If you decide not to proceed or book a date past 3 months your £10 booking fee will cover the consultation time.

Booking Policy:

  • You will attend your appointment alone unless you require assistance.
  • We are unable to carry out treatments with children present and they are not permitted in the shop. If you arrive with anyone under the age of 16 we will not be able to proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your booking fee.
  • We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. Please enquire about our gift vouchers if you would like to gift someone else to an appointment.
  • Appointments and booking fees are not transferable to another person.
  • We cannot guarantee you will be seen if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your booking. Please refer to our ‘Lateness Policy’ for full details.
  • Aesthetic treatments are not permanent and require maintenance. You may require multiple appointments to achieve your desired results and will require further appointments to maintain your results.

Payments:

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.
  • Treatments must be paid for in full at your appointment before you leave.

Lateness Policy:

  • We cannot guarantee you will be seen if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. Treatments take time and precision. No treatment will be started under time constraints or where it will comprise your wellbeing or cause disruption to other appointments. Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.
  • In the event your treatment is unable to proceed due to your late arrival your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to make a new appointment.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

  • You are able to reschedule your appointment once up to 24 hours before your appointment time and retain your original booking fee. Further reschedules will result in you forfeiting your original booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to make a new booking.
  • In the case of a reschedule you will have 3 months from the date of your original appointment to make another appointment. If no new appointment is made within this time frame your booking fee will be forfeited and a new one will be required to make a new booking.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiting your booking fee. A new booking fee will need to be made before booking another appointment. 
  • Not turning up to your appointment without contacting Crybaby Clinic and receiving acknowledgement will be classed as a ‘No Show’ and will result in you being charged 100% of your booked treatment cost before you are able to make another appointment with a new booking fee. 
  • In the event of two instances of a ‘no show’ on record you will be unable to book further appointments at Crybaby Clinic.
  • In the unusual instance Crybaby Clinic needs to reschedule your appointment we will endeavour to contact you by telephone, email and/or text as soon as possible to offer you a new appointment at your earliest convenience. In the this instance your booking fee is not affected.
  • In the event Crybaby Clinic reschedules or cancels your booking Crybaby Clinic will not reimburse travel costs or further costs incurred as a result.

Complaints Procedure:

- Crybaby Clinic endeavours to treat all clients appropriately and fairly. If you are unhappy with a treatment or service, you are entitled to lodge a complaint. Please contact us by email within 1 week of dermaplaning/microneedling/vitamin injections and 3 weeks for dermal fillers/anti wrinkle/fat dissolving.

Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
